Privacy
What this site collects, and what happens to it.
This site is deliberately simple. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising and no tracking pixels, and builds no profile of the people who read it. The only personal data it handles is what someone chooses to type into the enquiry form or send by email.
What is collected
If you submit the enquiry form, the fields you complete are collected: your name, your email address, your organisation where you give one, and the message you write. Nothing else is added to it. If you email or telephone instead, the firm holds whatever you chose to send, in the ordinary way that any business holds its correspondence.
Web server logs kept by the hosting provider record the usual technical request data, including IP address, user agent and the page requested. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure and are used for security and availability, not to identify individual readers.
Who processes it
- FormspreeProcesses enquiry form submissions and forwards them by email. Submissions are also stored in the Formspree account. See the Formspree privacy policy for their terms.
- CloudflareHosts and serves this site and provides its network security. Cloudflare handles request data as part of delivering the pages.
- Google FontsThe typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, so your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No fonts are self-hosted at present.
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not used to train any model. It is not transferred to any party other than the processors above and the recipients inside the firm.
Why, and for how long
The basis for handling enquiry data is that you sent it in order to be contacted, and it is used for exactly that: to answer you and to carry the conversation forward if there is one. Enquiries are kept as business correspondence for as long as the relationship or a legal or regulatory obligation requires, and deleted when neither applies.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy. Write to info@kvlcorp.com and the request will be answered. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason to ask for deletion of an enquiry.
Counterparty due diligence
Separately from this website, engagements involve full KYC, AML and beneficial ownership verification on counterparties and sources of funds. That is a contractual and regulatory process conducted with parties who are entering a mandate, it is explained at the time, and it is not something this website does.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Questions about privacy, or any request concerning your data, should go to info@kvlcorp.com, or by post to KVL Investment Corp, Costa del Este, Av. Paseo del Mar, Town Center, Torre Las Perlas, Floor 6, Office 6125, Panama City, Panama.
